Shipping

All orders are processed within one (1) business day.  Once processed, your order will ship out within five (5) business days.  Sometimes shortages may occur with products.  If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email by the next business day.

We ship using UPS ground only.  Thus we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

At this time, we ship to locations in the United States and Canada only.  Orders shipped to Canada will be subject to a possible additional customs charge, as determined by Canadian Customs, and any kits containing matches or lighters will be shipped without matches or lighters.  If you have questions about orders to Canada, please contact us at info@readysetgokits.com.

Returns

It is our goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied.  We work hard to make sure every order is correct and sent out in a timely matter.  If you have any problems or concerns with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the time the order is placed at orders@readysetgokits.com.
